Made to Order — All Sales Are Final
Every product at TheGrowingTree is made to order. Each piece is custom crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any orders.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We encourage you to review your order carefully — including size, design, and any customization details — before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement or another solution.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item you received, and we will send you the correct product at no additional cost.
Shipping Issues
Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. However, if tracking shows a problem, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel your order. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
